About Fabrik
Fabrik unlocks AI transformation for third-party risk teams by providing touchless access to vendor security data critical to their success. It connects enterprise buyers, their suppliers, and the AI agents and platforms that serve them.
Third-party risk management (TPRM) teams at large enterprises spend most of their time chasing vendor security data that sits behind NDAs, trust centers and questionnaires. AI has made that problem harder: more AI-native vendors to review, faster-moving risk and pressure from leadership to automate. With Fabrik, TPRM teams assess vendors faster and spend their time on the work that actually reduces risk.
We sell to TPRM, GRC and security leaders at large US enterprises and to product management leaders at TPRM workflow and GRC software platforms.
We're a category-creating, AI-native, early-stage company, and this is our first marketing hire. You'll join as we launch new products, build partnerships and ramp our go-to-market programs.
The contract role
We're hiring a part time (15-20 hrs a week) Senior Product & Content Marketer on a contract basis. Your job is to drive awareness and interest in our offering by creating compelling launches and building the content engine that gets Fabrik found, trusted and recommended by our target buyers and platform partners. You'll report to the CEO and work with the founding team. The role starts as a three month contract, with the potential opportunity for expansion as the business grows. The role is remote, with a strong preference for the East Coast.
You won't start from a blank page. The founders and our fractional CMO have built Fabrik's ICP, buyer personas, messaging framework and launch plan. You'll turn that foundation into compelling launches, content and sales materials, quickly and to a high standard. You'll also be the person who hears first, from customers and the market, what's landing and what isn't.
You'll lean on great writing, deep understanding of our buyer, and owned, earned and partner channels.
What you'll drive
1. Launch new products (your top priority)
- Drive our product and partner launches using the GTM launch plan.
- Create the launch assets: launch briefs, website pages, press releases, blog posts, email, social, and sales and partner materials.
- Coordinate with the founders and partner customer/marketing teams so co-announcements land on time and are mutually beneficial.
- Track results after each launch, and document what we'd repeat or change.
2. Content-led demand generation on our owned channels
- Own content marketing across our owned channels: website, blog, LinkedIn, founder social. This is our main engine for awareness and demand.
- Run content-led demand programs with the CEO and CPO, tied to each launch. For example: create, promote and host a webinar with a customer and a platform partner. Then turn it into weeks of multi-channel content: social posts, case studies, slides for the pitch deck, and outbound emails.
- Support co-marketing with partners: joint content, webinars and possibly live events.
- Ghostwrite and edit LinkedIn content for the founders.
3. Product marketing
- Apply the messaging framework for each audience: enterprise buyers, TPRM platforms and vendors.
- Build and maintain account-based sales materials: targeted video assets, landing pages, one-pagers, and customer case studies.
- Interview customers and prospects, keep the messaging document current, and flag what isn't landing and make recommendations for testing and adjustments.
4. Content for search and AI answers (SEO and AEO)
- Write and publish against our editorial calendar: guides, point-of-view pieces, frameworks and data-driven content on topics our buyers research.
- Structure content so search engines and AI assistants understand, cite and recommend Fabrik, and measure how we show up.
What success looks like
First 3 months:
- Our Q1 launches ship on plan, with every asset in the launch plan delivered.
- At least one launch webinar with a customer or platform partner has run, and its content is working across our channels for weeks afterward with metrics in place.
- You've learned the product and buyer well enough to write credibly for TPRM and security leaders.
- A steady publishing rhythm is running on our owned channels, such as weekly social and blog posts, with relevant pushes to key customers, partners, and prospects.
Possible extension to next phase:
- Priority content ranks in search and gets cited in AI-assistant answers, and we measure it.
- At least three customer proof stories are published.
- A documented launch playbook means the next launch takes less time and is more impactful in the market.
What you bring (must-haves)
- 5–8 years in B2B marketing at software or high-tech companies, with hands-on experience in both product marketing and content.
- You've run product launches yourself, creating the assets and coordinating across product, sales and partners and measuring impact and results.
- You've driven demand with content on owned channels, including webinars or virtual events turned into multi-channel campaigns, with an owned-channel-first approach. This includes experience with content-driven SEO and AEO. You've published content that ranked and drove pipeline, and you understand how AI models pick and cite their sources.
- Proven, hands-on AI capability. You use Claude or ChatGPT every day to research, draft, analyze and repurpose content, automating your work where possible and applying your expertise and judgement to final outputs.
- You know how to measure the results of marketing efforts, understanding what's working and what needs to change in a fast-moving environment.
- You work well with autonomy. You're comfortable at a startup without a manager above you. You're self-motivated and proactive.
Strongly preferred
- Experience marketing to security, risk, GRC, compliance or procurement buyers, including familiarity with the TPRM ecosystem: workflow platforms, security ratings providers, trust centers and compliance automation.
- Experience with partner co-marketing.
How you work
- You think before you build. You ask who a product or asset is for and what result it should drive, and you push back when something won't work.
- You go deep on the buyer and the product. You learn the domain well enough to write for a CISO or a TPRM leader.
- You hold a high bar at startup speed. Our buyers are experts, and they'll notice sloppy work.
- You get stuff done. You turn a brief into finished, polished work in days, not weeks.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. You set your own priorities and keep the founders informed.
This role probably isn't for you if…
- You need day-to-day direction or a manager to review your work.
- You'd rather plan and coordinate than write and build.
- You want to own strategy and budget right away. That scope can grow with you, but the first phase is about execution.
